OPERATION

• Provide all users of this equipment with the Operator's Manual and

instructions for Safe Operation.

• Before starting the unit, equip yourself and any other person working

within the 4.5 m (15 ft.) Safety Zone with the required Protective

Equipment and clothing.

• During operation, the complete unit, especially the gear box may

become very hot, too hot to touch. Avoid contact during and

immediately after operation.

• Do not operate this product indoors or in inadequately ventilated

areas.

STARTING COLD ENGINE

1. STOP SWITCH - START/RUN.

Move stop switch (A) away from the STOP position.

2. CHOKE - COLD START.

Move choke (B) to the Cold Start (CLOSED) position.

3. PRIMER - PUMP BULB.

Pump primer bulb (C) until fuel is visible and flows freely in the clear

fuel tank return line. Pump bulb an additional 4 or 5 times.
